Fira Centre Comercial conclou una brillant campanya de Nadal amb xifres destacades que consoliden la seva posici\u00f3 com a referent comercial a la regi\u00f3. Durant el mes de desembre de 2024, les aflu\u00e8ncies al centre han crescut un 5% en comparaci\u00f3 amb el desembre de 2023, contribuint a un augment global del 6% en les visites acumulades durant l'any.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pel que fa a les vendes, els operadors del centre han registrat un creixement interanual del 6% al desembre, en l\u00ednia amb les tend\u00e8ncies nacionals. Al llarg de l'any, les vendes totals han crescut un 8%, destacant el dinamisme del comer\u00e7 a La Fira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segons un estudi de SpendingPulse\u2122 de Mastercard, les vendes minoristes a Espanya han crescut un 6,3% durant la temporada nadalenca de 2024, impulsades per un consum equilibrat que prioritza tant el valor com les experi\u00e8ncies memorables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patricia Perugini, gerent de La Fira Centre Comercial, destaca que \"els resultats d\u2019aquesta campanya de Nadal reflecteixen l'esfor\u00e7 conjunt dels nostres operadors i l'equip del centre per oferir una experi\u00e8ncia \u00fanica als nostres visitants. Aquest creixement \u00e9s un clar indicador de la confian\u00e7a dels nostres clients\".<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00c8xit en iniciatives nadalenques i serveis especials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El servei d\u2019embolic d'obsequis ha registrat un increment del 30% respecte a l'any anterior, destacant-se com un dels serveis m\u00e9s ben valorats pels visitants durant la campanya nadalenca, que ha reflectit un notable augment en vendes i aflu\u00e8ncies. La bona acollida de les promocions nadalenques i les activitats organitzades al centre tamb\u00e9 han contribu\u00eft a millorar les xifres nadalenques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La celebraci\u00f3 d'esdeveniments tem\u00e0tics i la decoraci\u00f3 nadalenca del centre han creat un ambient acollidor i festiu que ha animat les visites familiars i les compres d'\u00faltima hora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Perspectives positives per a les rebaixes d'hivern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despr\u00e9s de l'\u00e8xit de la campanya nadalenca, les previsions per a les rebaixes d'hivern s\u00f3n optimistes. L'estabilitat de la inflaci\u00f3 i les ofertes atractives auguren una alta aflu\u00e8ncia de visitants, refor\u00e7ant la tend\u00e8ncia a l'al\u00e7a del comer\u00e7 minorista aquest any.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tend\u00e8ncies de consum nadalenc a Espanya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019informe SpendingPulse\u2122 de Mastercard confirma la resili\u00e8ncia de la despesa dels consumidors a Espanya durant la temporada nadalenca, amb un creixement del 6,3% en les vendes totals respecte al 2023. Aquest increment s'ha vist reflectit en categories com alimentaci\u00f3 (+7,7%), joieria i accessoris (+4,9%), i en el sector de la restauraci\u00f3 (+4,7%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight:
